Strategic Growth & Advisory Services

What services do you offer?

Our strategic growth advisory ecosystem currently includes:

What does “strategic growth advisory” actually mean?

Strategic growth advisory focuses on helping clients:

  • clarify priorities
  • strengthen positioning
  • make more intentional decisions
  • reduce overwhelm
  • build sustainable systems for growth
  • and navigate visibility and operational challenges more strategically

Rather than simply executing tasks, our work focuses on helping clients determine what will create the most meaningful long-term momentum.

Do you provide done-for-you marketing services?

Our primary focus is strategic guidance, growth advisory, prioritization, and structured support systems rather than high-volume outsourced execution.

For select clients and aligned engagements, we may also provide deeper implementation support, strategic partnership retainers, or collaborative execution services depending on the needs and scope of the project.

Depending on client needs, we may also recommend trusted collaborators or strategic partners when appropriate.

Monthly Growth Direction™

What is Monthly Growth Direction™?

Monthly Growth Direction™ (MGD) is a focused strategic marketing advisory service designed to provide ongoing clarity, prioritization, and growth guidance.

Each month includes:

  • one 45-minute strategy session
  • personalized strategic guidance
  • focused discussion around visibility, marketing, prioritization, and growth

Who is Monthly Growth Direction™ best for?

MGD is often a strong fit for:

  • entrepreneurs
  • authors
  • nonprofits
  • creatives
  • mission-driven organizations
  • founders navigating growth or visibility challenges

especially those seeking more clarity and sustainable support without the complexity of a larger consulting engagement.

What kinds of topics can we discuss during sessions?

Topics vary depending on the client, but may include:

  • marketing strategy
  • positioning
  • visibility planning
  • audience growth
  • content direction
  • launch strategy
  • sustainable growth planning
  • prioritization
  • decision-making support

Is MGD ongoing?

Yes. MGD is intentionally structured as an ongoing monthly strategic advisory relationship.

Is MGD done-for-you consulting?

No. MGD is a strategy-focused advisory service designed to provide clarity, direction, and thoughtful guidance rather than outsourced execution.

Guided Growth System™ (GGS)

What is the Guided Growth System™ (GGS)?

Think of the Guided Growth System™ (GGS) as a guided DIY + Fractional CMO support framework for organizations seeking more structure, accountability, and sustainable implementation support.

Clients receive strategic guidance, implementation prioritization, growth planning support, and structured direction tailored to the stage and needs of their organization.

Depending on the engagement, support may also include:

  • customized dashboards
  • accountability systems
  • 30-day planning structures
  • marketing guidance
  • and strategic implementation support

GGS is designed to help organizations move forward with greater clarity and sustainability while still allowing them to implement at a realistic pace.

How is GGS different from MGD?

Monthly Growth Direction™ primarily focuses on strategic clarity and guidance.

Guided Growth System™ provides:

  • additional implementation structure
  • accountability systems
  • prioritization support
  • growth planning
  • and more ongoing operational guidance

Who is GGS best for?

GGS is often a strong fit for:

  • growing organizations
  • nonprofits
  • businesses managing multiple priorities
  • founders seeking more accountability and structure
  • organizations navigating operational complexity

Is GGS a done-for-you execution service?

No. GGS focuses on structured strategic support, implementation guidance, accountability, and sustainable growth systems rather than fully outsourced execution.

Is the Guided Growth System™ appropriate for nonprofits?

Absolutely. Nonprofits often benefit from consistent, structured guidance but can’t justify a full-time marketing department. The Guided Growth System™ helps you plan campaigns, steward donors, build awareness, and align your communications with your mission.

I’m neurodivergent and interested in the Guided Growth System™ but struggle with planning and follow-through. How do you support that?

We work with many neurodivergent founders and leaders. Our optional Neurodivergent Optimization support includes weekly body-doubling sessions, 12-week sprints, and gentle time/energy tools designed to help you work with your brain, not against it so you get the most out of your experience with the Guided Growth System™.

Do Guided Growth System™ clients have a social impact requirement?

Yes, for-profit ventures participating in the Guided Growth System™ incorporate a simple, meaningful social impact commitment as part of the work.

This commitment is right-sized, values-aligned, and designed to be sustainable rather than performative. Examples may include donating a portion of profits, offering acts of service, supporting advocacy or education efforts, sponsoring community initiatives, or contributing time and expertise.

Why does the Guided Growth System™ have a requirement but the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System does not?

The difference reflects the purpose of each offering.

The Guided Growth System™ supports ventures building or expanding their footprint, where responsible design includes social impact. The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System supports individuals focused on professional development and capacity building, where Partnered With Purpose carries impact responsibility at the ecosystem level to avoid placing additional expectations on participants.

Neurodivergent Thrive™ System

What is the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System?

ND Thrive™ is a neurodivergent business support framework designed to help entrepreneurs, creatives, and professionals create more sustainable systems for organization, growth, prioritization, and executive functioning support.

Do I need a formal diagnosis to participate?

No. Formal diagnosis is not required.

Is ND Thrive™ therapy or mental health treatment?

No. ND Thrive™ is a strategic support and business advisory framework rather than a clinical or therapeutic service.

What makes your approach neurodivergent-friendly?

Our work prioritizes:

  • reduced overwhelm
  • sustainable pacing
  • flexible systems
  • predictable structure
  • accessibility
  • and autonomy-supportive workflows

We recognize that many traditional business systems were not designed with neurodivergent experiences in mind.

Who is the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System a good fit for?

The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System is often a good fit for neurodivergent adults who:

  • Are working on certifications, coursework, portfolios, or self-study
  • Are navigating a career change or job search
  • Struggle with follow-through rather than motivation
  • Want support that is calm, structured, and capacity-aware

Is the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System therapy or coaching?

No. The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System is not therapy, mental health treatment, or clinical coaching.

Support focuses on structure, executive-function scaffolding, accountability without pressure, and sustainable progress. If someone is seeking emotional processing or clinical support, we recommend working with a licensed mental health professional.

Do Neurodivergent Thrive™ System clients have to commit to social impact or “giving back”?

No. Participants in the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System are not required to make a social impact commitment.

The program is intentionally designed to support individuals who may be navigating transition, burnout, or capacity rebuilding. In these cases, Partnered With Purpose carries social impact responsibility at the ecosystem level rather than placing additional expectations on clients.

What is body-doubling, and how does it help with ADHD and executive function?

Body-doubling is a supportive practice where someone works alongside you, either quietly or with light check-ins, to help reduce friction around starting, sustaining focus, and completing tasks. For many neurodivergent adults, the presence of another person provides structure, accountability, and nervous system regulation, making follow-through feel more manageable.

Can the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System support dyslexia, reading-heavy learning, or certification prep?

Yes. The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System is designed to support a wide range of learning and processing differences, including dyslexia and reading-heavy coursework. Support focuses on pacing, breaking work into manageable steps, choosing accessible formats when possible, and building systems that reduce overwhelm during self-study or certification preparation.

What if I am neurodivergent but not formally diagnosed?

A formal diagnosis is not required to participate. Many people who benefit from the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System identify with neurodivergent experiences without having gone through formal assessment. What matters most is whether the structure and support offered feel helpful for how your brain works.

How is the Neurodivergent Thrive™ System different from an ADHD coach, a therapist, or an academic tutor?

The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System is a non-therapeutic, execution-focused support system. Unlike therapy, it does not focus on emotional processing or mental health treatment. Unlike tutoring, it does not teach academic content. And unlike traditional coaching, it emphasizes structure, pacing, and follow-through over mindset or motivation. The focus is on helping you apply what you already know in a sustainable way.

Do you work with Neurodivergent Thrive™ System clients outside of New York, and are sessions virtual?

Yes. Most Neurodivergent Thrive™ System sessions are conducted virtually, and we work with clients across different locations. This allows for flexibility, accessibility, and continuity regardless of geography.

Marketing Support for Authors

Do you work with self-published authors?

Yes.

We support:

  • self-published authors
  • hybrid authors
  • traditionally published authors
  • and emerging writers navigating visibility and audience growth

What types of marketing support do you provide for authors?

Support may include:

  • author positioning
  • visibility strategy
  • audience clarity
  • launch planning
  • platform prioritization
  • sustainable marketing systems
  • and long-term growth strategy

Why does PWP focus specifically on supporting authors?

We believe stories shape culture.

Many independent, women, BIPOC, and emerging authors are navigating publishing and visibility systems with limited access to meaningful strategic support.

We believe more equitable access to thoughtful marketing guidance helps create a healthier and more inclusive literary ecosystem over time.

According to the Cooperative Children’s Book Center, representation gaps across publishing still significantly impact BIPOC voices and authors from historically underrepresented communities.

Events & Experiences

Do you still offer event services?

Yes.

Partnered With Purpose continues to offer select event and experience support services for organizations, nonprofits, authors, and mission-driven businesses seeking more thoughtful and community-centered engagement opportunities.

What types of events do you support?

Depending on the project, support may include:

  • community events
  • nonprofit and fundraising events
  • author and literary events
  • workshops and educational experiences
  • pop-up activations
  • strategic event consulting
  • partnership and sponsorship support
  • audience engagement strategy

How does your approach to events differ from traditional event planning?

Our work focuses not only on logistics, but also on:

  • community engagement
  • accessibility
  • intentional audience experience
  • sustainable execution
  • and alignment with broader organizational goals and values

We view events as opportunities to build meaningful relationships, visibility, and long-term community connection rather than simply producing one-time experiences.

Do you provide full-scale event management?

Depending on the scope and alignment of the project, we may provide strategic event support, coordination, consulting, or referrals to trusted collaborators and vendors.

Do you offer event planning or event management?

Yes. Partnered With Purpose supports values-aligned events, activations, and experiences. Services may include event strategy, planning support, vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and on-site execution support, depending on the engagement.

We can support standalone events or events integrated into a broader brand and growth strategy.

Do you offer event strategy only, or full event planning and execution support?

We offer both, depending on the engagement. Some clients work with us on event strategy, concept development, and planning guidance. Others engage us for more comprehensive support, including vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and on-site execution. Scope is always discussed and defined in advance.

Social Impact & Sustainability

Why does social impact matter to Partnered With Purpose?

We believe business can be a force for good.

Our philosophy recognizes that growth and impact do not need to exist separately. We encourage thoughtful, realistic approaches to community impact, accessibility, sustainability, and equitable support systems.

Do clients need to incorporate a social impact component into their work?

Yes, for most longer-term strategic growth engagements beyond Monthly Growth Direction™ and Neurodivergent Thrive™.

Partnered With Purpose was built on the belief that growth and meaningful contribution can coexist. As part of that philosophy, clients engaging in ongoing growth partnerships are expected to align with some form of social impact, community support, accessibility initiative, advocacy effort, educational contribution, or other meaningful ecosystem support appropriate to their mission and capacity.

These commitments are intentionally flexible and are not designed to be performative or financially burdensome. The goal is to help organizations build more thoughtful, sustainable, and community-conscious approaches to growth over time.

Examples may include:

  • community support initiatives
  • accessibility improvements
  • educational contributions
  • advocacy efforts
  • sponsorships
  • volunteer initiatives
  • or other forms of meaningful impact

Monthly Growth Direction™ and Neurodivergent Thrive™ clients are not required to maintain formal social impact commitments.

How does Partnered With Purpose approach social impact?

We view social impact as an ecosystem, not a checkbox.

Rather than requiring every client or service to carry the same obligations, we design interconnected offerings that expand access, reduce barriers, and support long-term sustainability. Some engagements include direct impact commitments. Others increase access and stability so impact work can continue elsewhere in the ecosystem.

What does “ecosystem-based impact” mean?

It means impact is built into how the work fits together, not assigned uniformly to every client.

For example:

  • The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System expands access and reduces barriers for neurodivergent adults
  • The Guided Growth System™ supports ethical, values-aligned ventures
  • Other PWP engagements may include nonprofit partnerships, reduced-rate work, community initiatives, or purpose-led events

Together, these efforts support equity and sustainability without overburdening individuals.

What does “values-aligned growth” mean?

Values-aligned growth means building in ways that are:

  • sustainable
  • ethical
  • accessible
  • human-centered
  • and aligned with long-term wellbeing

rather than growth models driven entirely by pressure, burnout, or constant expansion.

Why does sustainability show up so frequently throughout your work?

Because unsustainable growth patterns often lead to:

  • burnout
  • reactive decision-making
  • operational instability
  • and reduced long-term effectiveness

Research published in Business Horizons connects burnout with decreased performance, reduced creativity and innovation, absenteeism, and broader organizational costs.

What does ethical marketing mean, and how do you approach growth without burnout?

Ethical marketing prioritizes clarity, honesty, and sustainability over urgency or manipulation. At Partnered With Purpose, we focus on growth strategies that respect capacity, avoid extractive tactics, and align with a client’s values. This approach supports long-term trust, healthier operations, and more resilient outcomes.

Other Ways to Work With Partnered With Purpose

Do you offer fractional CMO services or marketing leadership?

Yes. We offer fractional CMO and marketing leadership support for small nonprofits, solopreneurs, and mission-minded businesses that want senior-level strategy, clear priorities, and guidance on what to execute in-house versus what to outsource.

This is a good fit when you need strategic direction, messaging alignment, and a realistic plan that matches your capacity.

Do you provide done-for-you agency services?

In select cases, yes. Depending on scope and timing, we may offer done-for-you support or managed support for items such as campaign planning, vendor coordination, creative direction, and project oversight.

If you’re unsure whether your needs fall under Guided Growth, fractional support, or done-for-you services, we can recommend the best-fit path during a discovery call.

Can you support brand strategy or a rebrand?

Yes. We support brand clarity work, including positioning, messaging, brand story, and strategic direction. For some clients, this is a standalone engagement. For others, it is part of a longer-term growth plan.

If you are in a renaming or repositioning phase, we can help you define what should come first so you do not waste time building on a shaky foundation.

Do you work with nonprofits specifically?

Yes. We work with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations, including strategic planning, marketing direction, and growth support. We understand capacity constraints and build plans that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with mission.

Working Together

How do I get started?

The best place to begin is by contacting us directly or applying for one of our strategic advisory services.

From there, we’ll determine the most aligned next step based on your goals, needs, and current stage of growth.

What types of clients are the best fit for PWP?

Our work is often a strong fit for people and organizations who:

  • value thoughtful strategy
  • want sustainable growth
  • prefer clarity over constant noise
  • appreciate human-centered support
  • and are seeking more intentional systems for growth and visibility

What if I’m not sure which service is the right fit?

That’s completely okay.

Part of our process involves helping determine which level of support may be most appropriate based on your goals, challenges, capacity, and current priorities.

Generally:

  • Monthly Growth Direction™ is for ventures seeking more clarity and sustainable support without the complexity of a larger consulting engagement
  • The Guided Growth System™ is for ventures seeking structured strategy and sustainable growth
  • The Neurodivergent Thrive™ System is for individuals focused on execution, completion, or professional transitions
  • Fractional CMO or agency services are for organizations that need higher-touch strategic leadership or managed execution
  • Event support is for teams planning values-aligned experiences and activations

We will always prioritize fit over forcing an engagement.

I’m a small business with a limited budget. Can you still help me?

Yes. Many of our clients are early-stage or small organizations. We offer flexible service levels, including our Monthly Growth Direction™ and Guided Growth System™, which provide ongoing strategic support and monthly plans at a lower cost than full-service agency retainers.

Do you only work locally, or can you work with clients anywhere?

We can work with clients across the U.S. and beyond. Much of our strategy and consulting work can be done virtually. For events and certain projects, we’ll discuss travel and logistics as needed.

What if I’m not ready to start yet?

That’s completely okay.

Many people first connect with Partnered With Purpose while they are still working through foundational clarity. We are happy to serve as a reference point and reconnect when the timing feels right.

How do we get started?

You can begin by booking a discovery call, reviewing the relevant service page, or reaching out with a specific question. There is no pressure to move quickly.

A discovery call will give you a chance to share a bit about your organization, your goals, and your challenges, and we’ll explore whether we’re a good fit and what kind of support makes the most sense.

What does “fractional CMO” mean for a small nonprofit or small business?

Fractional CMO support provides senior-level marketing leadership on a part-time or flexible basis. This can include strategic direction, prioritization, messaging guidance, and decision-making support without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. It is often helpful for organizations that need clarity and leadership more than execution volume.

Referrals & Recommendations

Do you provide referrals or resource recommendations for outside tools, vendors, or collaborators?

Yes, when appropriate.

Part of our work involves helping clients identify sustainable support systems and trusted resources aligned with their goals and capacity.

Depending on client needs, we may recommend:

  • designers
  • videographers
  • developers
  • publishing professionals
  • operational specialists
  • or other trusted collaborators
